Dr. George Tilesch, Founder and President – PHI INSTITUTE for Augmented Intelligence is a leading global AI expert. Will tickets be available for purchase on site?
Yes, but tickets can only be purchased online with card payment through our website – even on the day of the event, subject to availability.
Where can I exchange my ticket?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded. However, tickets are not registered to specific individuals, so if you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
Is there a luggage storage facility on site?
Yes, smaller bags and luggage can be stored in the cloakroom of the House of Music, Hungary.
Which presentations will be translated at the event?
We will translate and transcribe almost all presentations at the event using AI. The exception to this is the discussions in the Prompt Arena.r app and watch our featured talks anytime.
Will the conference sessions be available for replay?
Download the IndaEvents app, where you can see which sessions are available for replay. In addition, short video and text summaries of all sessions will also be available in the days following the event.
Is it possible to request special dietary options?
When designing the menu, we took into account guests with special dietary needs, and in the street food zones you will also find Szaffi products.
Where is the first aid point located on the premises?
We provide medical assistance both at the House of Music, Hungary and at the Museum of Ethnography. An ambulance is stationed in the street behind the House of Music. In case of an accident, you can also notify any member of our organizing team.
What payment methods are accepted on site?
Only card payments are accepted on the event premises.
