István Velkei Szabolcs - CEO and co-founder of Machine Intelligence Zrt., has more than 20 years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence and software development. He obtained his electrical engineering degree at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He started his career in his own micro-enterprise, then joined Semilab Zrt, where he was first a software developer and then a software development manager. In 2017, he founded Machine Intelligence Zrt with two colleagues, where he managed the development of the MInD deep learning software platform. He used his expertise especially in the field of measurement technology and signal processing supported by neural networks. He is currently involved in planetary protection, space remote sensing and AI-based satellite navigation projects at Machine Intelligence Zrt with the support of the European Space Agency.
