As an athlete, he climbed Mount Everest twice, and is currently the only Hungarian who has managed to reach the top of the world from two different sides, from both Tibet and Nepal. Previously, he played basketball in the Hungarian elite.
He obtained a law degree at Eötvös Loránd University, and later graduated as a business trainer and coach at the Faculty of Psychology. There is also an economist-sports manager and an Msc. also with a professional coaching diploma.
In civilian life, he is a sports management consultant, lawyer and change management trainer who, in addition to his trainings and lectures for companies, also holds public evenings on the topics of Everest and motivation. So far, he has spent almost 30 years in the field of sports management and sports diplomacy, for 21 years he has been one of the most successful and respected sports lawyers in Hungary, and his law firm is also a market leader in other areas of law.
