Attila Dániel Nagy joined Deloitte Legal in 2021; currently a Managing Associate, head of the Data Protection and Technology Compliance group at Deloitte Legal.
Dániel has nearly ten years of experience, he previously worked at Nestlé with data protection, e-commerce law, digital marketing, and brand protection, and from 2016 he was a member of the Hungarian TMT team of an international law firm primarily dealing with data protection.
Dániel's primary field of expertise is data protection law. He has significant experience in conducting Hungarian, regional and European data protection / GDPR projects, supporting the introduction of systems with a high data protection risk, technology-focused transactions and due diligence, telecommunications and e-privacy matters, as well as the protection of intellectual works. Provided legal advice to numerous clients active in various sectors in connection with ensuring technological legal and data protection legal compliance. Since 2017, he has been dealing with the data protection legal compliance of AI systems.
